Setting The Stage

Glam is a fashion-first mobile shopping app built around the Black Friday generation, users who discover, wishlist, and buy in the same session. The product identity is bold and maximalist: neon green, hot pink, oversized typography, and a product-centric hero experience. We designed the full app, splash screen, category browsing, product detail pages, and checkout, as a cohesive, high-energy experience that mirrors the brand's irreverent personality.

Challenge We Faced.

Fashion apps must balance impulse with trust. The visual language had to be unapologetically bold (true to the brand) while the UX had to be frictionless enough to convert a user who arrives from a social media ad within 90 seconds. Every screen had to earn both the look and the sale.

Our Approach & Process

  • Research & Strategy

Usability testing with 20 Gen Z shoppers revealed that size confidence was the single biggest barrier to purchase. We redesigned the size selection flow to include a conversational fit guide with real customer photos at each size.

  • Design & Development

React Native with shared iOS/Android codebase. Custom animation layer for splash and product reveal transitions. 3D product rotation on product detail pages.

  • Branding Elements

Neon green primary on black with hot pink accents. Oversized Neue Montreal Display for headings. Circular bottom navigation with haptic feedback on selection.

  • User Experience Considerations

One-tap wishlist with account-free flow. Guest checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Persistent cart with item reservation during checkout. 60fps animations throughout.

Yes. You don't need the full stack: SEO, a single website build, or one campaign is a normal starting point for most clients.

Karachi runs on PKT (UTC+5). We regularly schedule calls to overlap with US business hours. Ask us for a slot that works for you.

You'll hear from a real person within one business day, usually with a few clarifying questions before we schedule a call. No automated drip sequence, no sales script.
