Portfolio
A CRM dashboard that gives sales teams total visibility, deals, contacts, and pipeline at a glance.

Portfolio
SalesCore is a CRM platform built for mid-market B2B sales teams. When they came to us, their existing dashboard was a Salesforce clone, feature-complete but soul-destroying to use. Sales reps were spending more time navigating the tool than actually selling. We redesigned the customer information view, interaction history, task scheduling, and pipeline stage funnel into a cohesive, high-density dashboard that surfaces what matters instantly.
High-density dashboards live or die by information hierarchy. The data cannot be simplified, sales reps need all of it. The challenge was designing a layout where every piece of data has a logical home, and the most critical information (deal value, next action, contact status) is immediately scannable without scrolling.
Research & Strategy
Shadowing sessions with six enterprise sales reps over two weeks. Identified that the top three daily actions, checking deal status, logging a call, and scheduling follow-up, each required 5+ clicks in the old system. We reduced each to two.
Design & Development
Component-driven design system in Figma, implemented in React with custom drag-and-drop pipeline management. Real-time sync via WebSocket for live deal updates across the team.
Branding Elements
Bold colour coding system for deal stages with accessible contrast ratios. Yellow accent for priority items echoes the urgency of sales without visual noise.
User Experience Considerations
Keyboard-first navigation for power users. Inline editing everywhere, no modal dialogs for routine data entry. Smart search with entity recognition (contacts, companies, deals) across the whole CRM.

SalesCore reps reported saving an average of 47 minutes per day after the redesign went live. Pipeline visibility led to a 19% improvement in forecast accuracy. CRM adoption rate among new hires increased from 55% to 91% within the first 30 days.
